1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the 88 hibajee registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply accessing any portion of the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. This acceptance is a prerequisite for using any service offered by 88 hibajee, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, fishing games, crash games, and all promotional offers.

These Terms apply to all registered players regardless of the device used to access the platform — desktop browser, mobile browser, or any future 88 hibajee application. They apply equally to players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other locations across Bangladesh.

88 hibajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and post a revised effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To open and maintain an account on the 88 hibajee platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This is a strict minimum and is not subject to exception under any circumstance.
• You must be a natural person (individual human being) — corporate entities, bots, and automated accounts are not permitted to register.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either placed by yourself on the 88 hibajee platform or imposed by any other gaming operator where 88 hibajee has reason to believe such an exclusion applies.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party.
• You must not currently hold another active 88 hibajee account. Holding duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms and subjects all associated accounts to immediate suspension.

Age Verification: 88 hibajee enforces mandatory age and identity verification using a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport. Accounts that cannot complete verification will not be permitted to make deposits, place wagers, or request withdrawals. Any winnings accrued on an account subsequently found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned net of any bonuses received.

We support parental responsibility tools and encourage parents and guardians in Bangladesh to use device-level content filtering software to prevent underage access to online gambling platforms. 3. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of 88 hibajee services, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. During the registration process you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all information provided during registration and during any subsequent verification request is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information is a serious breach of these Terms. 88 hibajee may, at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently close any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, inconsistent, or fraudulent — and may withhold any pending balance pending a fraud investigation.

Know Your Customer (KYC): In accordance with our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, 88 hibajee may request documentary evidence to verify your identity at any stage, including but not limited to: a copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and in some cases a photograph of the payment method used to make deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash wallet number).

• KYC requests will be communicated to your registered email address.
• You have 14 calendar days from the date of a KYC request to submit the required documents.
• Failure to complete KYC within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and temporary withholding of withdrawals pending identity confirmation.
• All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any other person. 88 hibajee will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] so that your account can be temporarily suspended while the matter is investigated.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the 88 hibajee platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no foreign currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits: Deposits made via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your 88 hibajee account instantly or within a maximum of five minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business day to process. There is no minimum deposit fee charged by 88 hibajee; however, payment providers may apply their own transaction fees as per their published schedules.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one to three hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three BST business days. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 88 hibajee reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal as part of our AML and KYC compliance procedures.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the account, or to a verified bank account in the account holder's name.
• 88 hibajee does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstance.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied in full.
• 88 hibajee does not charge a withdrawal fee; however, payment network fees charged by the receiving institution are the player's responsibility.

Deposit Source: You warrant that all funds deposited to your 88 hibajee account are from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

88 hibajee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL cricket season, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses at 88 hibajee are subject to a wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will always be clearly stated in the promotion description. Players should ensure they understand and accept the wagering requirements before opting in to any bonus offer.

• Bonuses credited to your account must be used within the stated validity period. Unused bonuses will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Unless explicitly stated, bonuses are applicable to slots and specified casino games only. They may not be used on certain high-RTP slots, live dealer tables, or sports betting markets.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• 88 hibajee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to a player opting in.
• If a player requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements on an active bonus, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value outside of the 88 hibajee platform.

Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to manipulate bonus offers through irregular betting patterns (including but not limited to: low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or arbitrage betting) constitutes bonus abuse. 88 hibajee reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 88 hibajee platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. These general Terms apply across all games and betting products; the individual game rules supplement (but do not override) these Terms. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

RNG Certification: All slot games, table games, virtual sports, and RNG-based instant games on the 88 hibajee platform use independently certified Random Number Generator technology. The RNG ensures that every spin, card draw, or game outcome is fully random and statistically independent of all previous outcomes. 88 hibajee does not manipulate game outcomes and does not operate games with artificially suppressed RTPs.

Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on the 88 hibajee platform are subject to the published betting rules for the relevant sport and market. Bets accepted in error (for example, at clearly incorrect odds due to a pricing error) may be voided at 88 hibajee's discretion. Settled bets will only be reversed in exceptional circumstances, such as a proven system error affecting the calculation of odds or the recording of results.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed within the betting interface.
• 88 hibajee reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or accumulator where it determines that a combination of outcomes creates an unacceptable liability exposure.
• In-play (live) betting markets are offered subject to data feed availability. 88 hibajee is not liable for betting errors arising from feed delays beyond its reasonable control.
• Cricket markets covering BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures are available subject to match scheduling and event status. Abandoned or void matches will be settled in accordance with the specific cricket betting rules published on the platform.

Malfunctions and Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or bet, 88 hibajee reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a malfunction (for example, a game displaying an incorrect jackpot figure due to a display error) are not payable.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88 hibajee platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh.

• Fraud and Collusion: Any form of fraudulent activity, including using stolen payment methods, engaging in charge-back fraud, or colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Money Laundering: Using the 88 hibajee platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds obtained through criminal activity. All suspicious financial activity is reported to relevant authorities under our AML compliance obligations.
• Use of Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, technical vulnerability, or pricing error to gain an unfair advantage. Players who identify an error are obligated to report it to support and must not attempt to exploit it.
• Multiple Account Abuse: Opening or operating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account-level limits or exclusions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your mobile wallet or bank after funds have been credited and used for gambling. Fraudulent chargebacks result in immediate account closure and may be subject to legal action.
• Threatening or Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language toward 88 hibajee support staff or other players in any communication channel associated with the platform.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your 88 hibajee account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any verified balance remaining after the deduction of outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to your registered payment method within three to five BST business days.

Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who request account closure or self-exclusion on responsible gaming grounds will have their accounts closed within 24 hours of the request being received. Responsible gaming self-exclusion periods may range from a minimum of six months to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, 88 hibajee will use reasonable technological means to prevent the player from opening a new account on the platform. Involuntary Suspension: 88 hibajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by a person under 18 years of age.
• Requirement to comply with a regulatory directive, court order, or law enforcement request.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, after which a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be applied, and the account may ultimately be closed at 88 hibajee's discretion.

Upon account closure (whether voluntary or involuntary), all active bonuses are automatically cancelled and any associated bonus balance is forfeited. Pending withdrawals from verified, legitimate balances will continue to be processed in accordance with normal withdrawal procedures, unless the closure is due to fraud or suspected criminal activity, in which case balances may be frozen pending investigation.
